Free Health Check

The term “Health Check,” also known as routine physical examination, annual physical examination, and annual checkup, refers to a thorough physical examination of an individual including a variety of tests that are designed based on one’s sex, age and health. According to Health (2016), “Regular health exams and tests can help find problems before they start. They also can help find problems early, when your chances for treatment and cure are better. Which exams and screenings you need depends on your age, health and family history, and lifestyle choices such as what you eat, how active you are, and whether you smoke” (p.n.d). This paper aims to evaluate the range of methods used in Health Check.
