Human resource management, known is HRM or Human Resource (HR). Its main function in any organization is to efficiently increase the performance of the employees but while doing this they need to make sure that the outcome is what the management is seeking for. They make amendments and changes in the pattern of work according to the need of the management as HR is initially connected to the management and their top concerns, policies and the system of functioning everything.
