There are international investors present and there is an institution present to monitor these investor’s activities in order to avoid conflicts between them. This institution is a sub-part of World Bank. World Bankwhichcontrolsinternationalmonetary fund is now also controlling ICSIC which is aninternational center for settlement of investment disputes. As World Bank ICSID headquarters are also present in Washington DC. This is a specialized institution so that internationalflow can be monitored and hurdles in international investment can be minimized (Bernardini, n.d.).
