Personal Statement

I have been raised in a family that experiences the most morbidity diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and obesity. My father passed away from diabetes complication. On the other hand, my mother diagnosed with diabetes thirteen years ago and she lost her vision due to uncontrolled blood sugar. In the same way, most of my family members are obese, and do not follow a healthy life style, unfortunately I am follower of the same life pattern.
