Individual Project (GIS Analysis)     

The purpose of this paper is to compare the changes that have occurred in the landscape surrounding the University of Nottingham Campus using a GIS and data that was originally sourced from the EDINA Digimap service. Available historical maps of the University Campus are to be used and the GIS to digitise and analyse aspects of the changes to the University Campus since the start of its development in 1916. The outputs created thus from the analysis, including a map, along with relevant graphs and a description of the changes observed and the analytical tools used to quantify them, are also part of the paper.
