Practicing Development between Colleagues of Non-Governmental Organizational

This report provides an analysis and evaluation of the development practice among colleagues of non-governmental organization. Although the development practice includes a wealthy amount of activities, but development practice among colleagues focuses on overview of change in the present practice i.e. the development and support of professionals towards nurses and midwives.
