Sociology and racism: From a community sociological viewpoint

The fact is human beings are living in an era of constant and significant change. On the daily basis human beings rely on technology to the attitudes humans at present embrace in regards of environmental, social, and a swarm of several other problems, what is present currently might not have been the order of the day 50 years ago  (Schwartz, 2008, p.3).

Miscellany is also a major problem. Majority of the regulation regarding diversity has emerged in past few years, as have several diversity-oriented policies, rules, and practices in organizations and numerous recent encouraging attitudes in regards of diversity. There are 6 major routes of diversity (national origin, sexual orientation, disability, age and race) to find out how these literatures have developed (Schwartz, 2008, p.3).
