Generally, special education is a practice of educating children with special education needs in such a way that deal their individual needs and differences. Typically, this process involves systematically monitored and individually planned arrangement of adapted equipment, materials, and teaching procedures. All these inventions are designed to help the children with a special need to achieve a high level of personal self-sufficiency and success in their community and schools. General special needs of children include communication disorders, behavioral disorders, learning disabilities, development disabilities and physical disabilities(Wolfendale, 2007).
